    Random breathing issue

I'm a young healthy male but sometimes when I walk up and down the hill to my local shop and back I get a little amoun of shortness of breath. I can go to the gym and I'm perfectly fine and I don't have any chest pain at all or tiredness and that. Recently my anxiety has been absolutely fine but I've just google "shortness of breath" and loads of heart disease stuff (which has scared me) came up which have make me a bit worried. Sometime a get a bit of pressure in my sides but I think that's due to my poor posture. Please can somebody reply to this.

I would go to see your doctor and have it checked. I don't think it will be anything serious but it always best to get it checked then you will stop worrying about it.

I dunno weather to or not coz I only get short breath on that route. I can walk anywhere else and I'm fine. I really don't know what it is :(

You are obviously worrying about it so I would let your doctor know that you get shortness of breath walking up hills then you can have it checked and be reassured. If you don't get that reassurance you will just become more anxious worrying about it.
