hot and dizzy/lightheaded

Please some talk to me, I'm at worrk and getting really hot and every time I feel get hot I feel dizzy, shakey and lightheaded. Trying my hardest not to freak out. Is this normal? When I sit and rest for 10 mins then it passes but at the month I feel awful! :( x

I'm suffer from the dizziness and lightheadedness a lot. Keep telling yourself it anxiety and its not going to harm you, they are symtoms of anxiety and they can't harm you. They are scary I know, take a few deep breaths, and relax your shoulders

Its more of a physical feeling, coz I'm rushing around, just wondered if others gett it
