    vitamin advice please?

Hi i wondered if anyone can give me advice on some vitamins....i went into Holland and Barrett yesterday as i want to up my vitamins as my normal multivit isnt helping me in the slightest...so i purchased

    time release B100 (B complex)
EPA fish oil conc 1000mg (jar says 1-3 a day) how many should i take?
    calcium and magnesium supplement

The woman in the shop said i could take my normal multi with all these..im worried now though as im thinking the B100 vitamins are a too high dose...does anyone else take this dose??

there was an advert on the tv a while ago for boots pharmacy. they were helping you decide on what vitamins were good for you as too many people are taking multi vitamins and don't need to be as they are getting certain things from their diet all ready. May go to them and see what they say, failing which ask your g.p.

    Take carexx

    Hi
I take 100mg B complex (not the time release though), magnesium, zinc, vitamin C and fish oil. Its hard to take too much B vit as its water soluble and any excess will come out in your urine (and turn it bright yellow!!)

Does anyone think it would make any difference if i took my quiet life tabs(like kalms) with the b vit complex... as the quiet life is meant to relax while the b vits give energy...im confused now..think i will take them anyway.......im going to be rattling soon!!
