taking kalms with meds?

sum advice needed plz
does anyone take kalms with propranolol and citalopram/
they made me feel much calmer and slept better, my pharmacist told me not to as they contain valerian and it interferes with ads but it felt great. does any one know about this/

i dunno! i asked this qiuestion not long back and got no reply. I think, if im right by my research, that if your on medication, you shouldnt take kalms.

id say noo only because you cannot take things like st johns wart with conventional meds so id say kalms have similar things in them

im no expert though so id ask my gp definitely
