First panic group thearpy great

It was my first group CBT today I went in feeling bloody awful ,by the time it had finished I felt so much better ,I was dreading it the closer it got I thought I carnt do this ,but omg im so glad I did .It was good to meet people face to face who new how I felt ,they suffer the same problems. I no its early days but im really positive carnt wait till my next on:yesyes:e

Really happy for you, my doctor is trying to refer me for therapy, says I should try, what do you think is it a good idea?
