Totally alone in this World. Housebound with no support network. Very frightened, vulnerable and unsafe.

To have more confidence in myself because I have low self esteem
Not to have panic attacks so I can be happy
For everyone on this site to get rid of their anxiety so we can all be happy
Peace for all humanity: Obvious the reason why
Equality for all: Still many sectors and countries that suffer from inequality or oppression. This includes the wealth inequality too.
Proper food!: Full of all the things we need to have a healthy body and mind.

I would wish we would all get rid of our anxiety , to be happy and healthy and to have no poverty in the world .

1. to have my family back healthy and well - I miss them
2. to irradicate all mental illness - it destroys lives
3. for everyone to treat animals / pets with kindness - some people are cruel and I can't bear it.

My 3 wishes would be
To have someone to talk to at this time in the morning
to be free of depersonalisation and panic
everyone to be happy and healthy
