First off, here is the single most important insight into my life that I can give you all: I am addicted to pies! Anything that comes between two layers of pastry is a good thing to eat, to me!
Secondly, I'm not actually very good at making pies, BUT I have the Hairy Bikers' pie book, so I'm determined to get better (I wonder which will become perfect first: my pies, or my anxiety?!)
Tomorrow I'm making creamy chicken, ham and leek pie from the Hairy Bikers book for dinner, but my pie dish is huge and there will be too much for just us, so I'm wondering: does anyone know if I'll be able to freeze it after it's been cooked...?
