New to the forum

Hi my names floyd, I first had an anxiety attack 7 years ago (after I stopped taking street drugs for a number of years) and thought I was going mad!! but the more I learn't about what I was going through the easier it was (well it was for me) I had these attacks for about 18 months and through taking beta blockers they dissappeared. I only have them very intermitternly now (thank god). I don't like taking meds so am going down the herbal route these days. Just like to say there is light at the end of the tunnel and you CAN beat it. Cheers FLOYD
