Had major anxiety for the past year.. but got a little history with it too. By anx I mean its on my mind all day every day, and I constantly worry about my health and other odd stuff. It's at the stage where it interferes with everything I do ...

I appreciate I got things easy compared to some people but so far I've found just having people to talk to makes such a difference

Hi Sarah, how are you today. I get what your going through, ive had anxiety for a number of years now, and it does get hard. It might feel silly thinking about it all day but sometimes you just can't help it either . Anyway, if you'd ever like a chat let me know. Cheers.
