I'm In the middle of moving !!! I take propanalol once a day and if it wasn't for that little tablet I would of probably gone crazy with anxiety by now !!! Just thought I'd let u all know ahaha xx

good luck with the move! I'm thinking of going back on this tablet, it did help me before and do think i need some extra help again but don't want to go down the AD route!

I would recommend it the only thing I find it does to me is make me a bit tired but I do have 2 little boys which do that aswell ahaha x
