It is about trigger points and referred pain. I have found it helpful to pinpoint where the problem is and how it affects other parts of my body, such as chest pains, arm and hand etc.
I look at this chart often, especially when I experience pain some where that scares me. There are also ways to treat these trigger points which are helpful.
