Zantac 150mg and Palpitations

Hi

I've been prescribed Zantac 150mg twice a day. I've taken my first 2 tablets and have experienced palpitations. Not sure if this is the medication or having a bit of a stress.

I've taken zantac before (over the counter 75mg) and didn't experience this, so slightly confused.

Has anyone else experienced palpitations whilst on Zantac?

I take 300mg and have never suffered palpitations, maybe you're just feeling a little anxious. If it continues I would speak to your GP

I was thinking it could be a bit of anxiety. Just got to decide if i take my tablet tonight and risk another night of worry.
