hollow throat and stomach weird feeling ..

hi there everyone ive been having this weird hollow feeling in throat and strange feeling in stomach its hard to explain ...like when you swallow theres like a load of air stuck type i really dunno how to explain it but it feel likes it in stomach aswell ...anyone no what i mean or can relate to this maybe....
