just woke up feel abit like panicky because of my breathing i was fine wen i went to bed but woke up and felt like i had shortness of breath so im now panicking googled it and it aid heart failure so now im in more of a panick anyone available for chat ?

its defo anxiety related. if you want to google.....google obsessive breathing disorder. i battled this for a long time, i have bad HA, breathing should just come naturally, when you think about it...it changes, thats what my gp says. i wouldnt worry atall xx

I wonder if a free phone line could be set up, paid for by members who want to donate and if not available 24/7 at least someone could help others say in a couple of hours at the most.
The written word is never the same as actually speaking to someone. I am sure it isn't easy to get started or even feasable but speaking to one another in a close community might just calm people down.
