Agoraphobic in Essex, really need a friend.

I been stuck in my home for so long now that slowly all my friends have left, the only person I see is my mum and as she lives so far away its only once or twice a year. Could really do with some friends to help on these really awful panicky days, just feel so lonely and 'whats the point' all the time

hey there

I have days like that 2, I get so jealous when I see people out and about doing things easily. ive got to force myself to go anywhere and have to put on my what I call false face. I'm not an agoraphobic, but I do suffer from long term term depression! so rather than trying other sites (usually full of sleeze bags) I thot I would come on here and speak to people with similar issues.
