Morning all,

Ive just got back from the library after dropping my baby daughter there for "sing song" time, whilst I was there I had a browse round and picked up 2 self help books -

Overcoming Anxiety for Dummies
The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook

Has anyone read either of these and found them to be useful? Both have been written by clinical psychologists and cover topics such as relaxation, exercise, coping with panic, overcoming negative self talk etc.

I will start reading them later on and can post my thoughts on them if anyone is interested in finding out about them?
