    Yes,

I always have anxiety first thing in the morning. I wake up and immediatly think that I'm going have an attack, but I usually do something about it by getting up, showering and getting the house work done. I have also switched my medication from nightly to day time so that is helping a lot, except ending up very hungry thanks to the Zispin.

    Re: anxious

When I was at the peak or my anxiety, mornings were definitely the worst time. I had no problem falling asleep but would wake up with a feeling of absolute dread. I think the following helps:

    - getting up as soon as you wake up. This is really difficult, but otherwise you just lie there and stew in feeling awful
    - have something to eat even if you feel sick. When my blood sugar is low, I feel more anxious
    - have a definite plan of what to do, esp if you're not studying/at work
    - exercise! This really saved me the first time I had a breakdown. Even if it's just a brisk walk

    Good luck!
