hi guys
does any get this feeling i feel like i want to rush ahead of myself but iv just got out of bed i know whats going off im trying to relax my body but im fighting my mind .
its like wining the lottery where you feel like excited and buzzing and your fighting the systoms to stay calm

I was going to reply earlier, but I didn't quite understand your thread. I think I know what you mean. Your mind it telling you to panic and you are trying to fight the physical symptoms? My brain tells me I can't breathe, so I take shallow breaths.
