    Yes the usual anyone awake

    Hi
Feeling embarrassed that I have to ask the same thing
    Yet again......anyone awake
Yes you've guessed the awful anxiety is back and I'm lying
here trying to fight the panic......oh how I wish it would just
stop..... I know this is only being made worse by the fact I
did not drop of to sleep until 5am and woke 50 minutes
later, this is a regular occurrence and I feel exhausted

    Manda,
i get that feeling every single morning within seconds of waking up.Shaking inside, slight palpitations and a need to go to the toilet. My sleep pattern is awful despite taking relaxing medication. I have had this every single morning for 2 years but to be fair I have a lot of things on my mind that could be life changing ,that effect the whole family.
