Why can't I just except what I've been told, you don't have MS you have carpol tunnel! In both hands!! My mind is awful, I can feel the awful worrying pit in my stomach, making myself crazy!!! Why can't we just accept things! Xx

its a vicious circle until we believe that it is anxiety we will believe its something more sinister ,we have to learn to change the way we think my CBT thearpist said change the thought break the cycle its slowly working for me its hardwork but I now believe I can get there ,have you ever tried CBT if not it might be worth a try xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
