Acupuncture

Hi,
would like to ask if anybody has had acupuncture before as my cpn has recommended me to one and im due to go thursday17th

I've had two lots of acupuncture over the last week (never had it before so totally open mind). I had given up smoking with the aid of patches but could feel myself going to smoke so I sort of ran into Doctor China and asked for acupuncture to stop myself from smoking. Anyway, had two half hour sessions that week, was given some really dodgy looking phials to drink from over the next 20 days and some disgusting Chinese tea (to detox). But (this is the good bit), it seems to have worked!!! I haven't lusted after a smoke since I had it done and feel strong in my resolve to become a non-smoker.

It did hurt a bit and was left with a few bruises but on the whole, strangely relaxing and calming. Do it with an open mind, you've got nothing to lose.
