Will look for the book you mentioned .. thanks for the tip ! And thanks again to Iced Diamond , Tessar and Rls 1994. Love, positive vibes and hugs to all x
THANKS EVERYONE I REALLY APPRECIATE THE POSITIVE FEEDBACK. I wasn only thinking the last few days that even I've calmed down about all this. I think that its true about helping each other coz when I'm saying stuff to eveyrone, I'm reminding myself of the positive things I've learned.

Saying that it is mean to go out and spread your germs is how I feel but those who have had it and go out don't know that there are people terrified of getting it. It would be like me staying in all week with my really bad cold but instead I went into work because I need the money. Many people stayed off with it as it is going around work but you can't just expect people to stay in. They have been ill and staying home often does not help you to get better... you need to get on with stuff.

I do not mean to sound harsh and of course it annoys us but we have to accept that this is the way it is. Staying indoors will not do us any favours we will just worry. We have to get up and force ourselves out. If it gets too much you can go home. You can wash your hands (as this is how noro spreads) once you have finished bowling and not eat until you have. But you have to be strong. You are not going to beat it unless you do something about it and staying in all winter will ruin the quality of your life. Go out have fun and you can take precautions when you are there.
