thank you, the hugs meant alot. today i feel really emotional. had to stop part way driving to work coz i just couldnt contain my feelings. am at work now & they noticed i wasnt myself. nice kind people, they are looking after me :-)

the roller coaster's gone down a bit today but will be seeing friends for coffee later so have something nice to look forward to. just life's ups & downs i suppose.
