To much protein in sons urine

I know I have posted about this and I am sorry but I am in such a panic. I cant eat or sleep I always feel sick. My son has had protein in his urine and had tests done. Blood work came back good, ultrasound came back good and then he had to do a 24 hour pee test where he had to pee in a bottle. His urine in the bottle was so foamy, and I hear that it means kidney failure. I am so scared I do not want to lose another child. Hes 15 and my whole life. I find the results out tomorrow of the 24 hour pee test but I know it will come back high because he pee is so foamy. Please any advice will help.

I had foamy urine and tests were completely normal.
I know it is easy to panic about our children, the dearest things we have, but with a kidney failure he would have other things than just foamy urine.
