Propranolol and anxiety symptoms

I find the lowest dose works wonders for a racing heart and shakes however do any of you find they do not help with other anxiety related issues ?

Hey little miss sleepy, my understanding of beta blockers is that there main use is to counter racing heart / shakes & wouldn't help with Anxiety issues like Panic attacks, scary thoughts etc

absolutely I still get sweaty palms, aches,churning stomach, nausea etc when anxious I'm on 30mg per day
