Hi again,
I was just wondering if what triggers your panic and if anyone has some of the same triggers as I do or am I just unique. During the summer coming in from the heat into a cool store with sometimes make me feel anxious as does changes in light. Like when I am driving and go from a sunny area into a shaded area. Weird huh?

Read My Story on the website (if you haven't already). I had some weird things that made me panic.

Some include: thunder, the dark, flashing lights, the heat, hangover etc

Your triggers are not weird at all.

The heat does it for me too (or atleast the not being able to get enough breathing air due to the heat).

I also can`t watch a movie where someone is submerged in water and having a hard time breathing or just being suphocated or anything like that will set me off.

Also being in a stuffy store or mall, or sometimes the dark or a bad storm. The list goes on and on. LOL................ :-D

So not weird at all.
