thought id share this http://www.fragrantheart.com/ I hope its of use to someone, there are lots of free meditations on there for all sorts of things, just choose, click, and close your eyes for a few minutes of escape! they are brilliant and some are quite short too, if you sign up for the daily meditation via email they really are lovely and its a nice way to start the day positively
