Anxiety 'groups' in Nottingham?

Does anyone know of any regular meeting groups for G.A.D or similar, in Nottingham? I've looked online everywhere and can't really find anything other than groups for depression.

I would really like to join a group as although my Mum and friends are really supportive, I'd Ike to have help from, and give help to others.

If there are no groups, I'd like to start one. A bit like AA for anxiety and panic would anyone be interested? Nothing like productive combat!

Also Mind offer some groups like you're describing. I believe there is one in Newark, and another in Mansfield.
