I have been on citalopram for 10 years and do not feel its working. I am currently on 40mg. I am due to switch to Paroxetine. They plan is to have 2 days of 20 mg citalopram then have 10 mg of Paroxetine for 3 days before moving to 20 mg. I currently have cbt. I suffer from panic disorder and depression. I am sorry for the long message. I feel I am going backwards.
