cant seem to join the chatroom

hi, i want to ask howcomei cant have access to the chatroom,i ve been getting this notification stating that the chat server system is temporarily un available,and your computer is behind a firewall and a proxysever.thankyou and hope i get some answer to this

You would need to disable the firewall I think
