I've read good things about this natural remedy, but wondered whether anyone else had tried it before I go ahead and order it.

Just started taking B vits today to see if they help!

Also - it says it is safe to take with SSRIs but not MAOs. I am taking mirtazapine, but have no idea which category it falls into (I'm not sure it does), and so any advice would be appreciated.

Hiya,

I just looked in my BMA meds book - Mirtazipine doesn't fall into either category.

Can you let me know when you find out more- I have just looked it up and says ok to take with escitalopram but I have never heard of it before!!!
