i jetting back to spain tomorrow by myself, 4.5 hr flight and im absolutely crapping myself

anxiety has started really bad, jaw pain, feeling my heart thud and headaches

not feeling good at all

yea but they dont seem to make much difference, nothing does, gotta have a beer b4 i fly or no chance of me getting on at all, have some kalms tho x

I take a sleeping pill to help me before I get on a plane. It seems to work because as soon as I get on the plane, I go to sleep.

I dont like flying. I used temazapam on a 8hour flight to Florida. Then I put those eye patches on and that was me asleep till landing. I did use diazepam for shorter flights. I used to fly twice a month for work. For me distraction was the best policy. iPod on and eyes shut.
