Is this a ibs flare up or??

All yesterday I had bad bloated / full stomach feeling thought constipation but woke last nyt about 4am and since then all I've done is constantly burp and trumping and still feel as if I have a lot of wind in my belly was all under left n. Right ribs like on bend of colon but now it's just as if it's just below ribs in center if I rub it then I just burp but also feeling as if I need to go look for BM but I don't need to go but that's not nothing Mr its the uncomfortable belly feeling just mainly below ribs was loads more on left b4 but not to bad nowbut don't wanna eat cos feeling like this

I don't know if I have ever told you this but believe it or not the thing which works best for me is a tablespoon of baby gripe water

I just keep over thinking it's something else its more uncomfortable just say online with my belly button all down if I rub it I'll burp but my mind over thinking it's. Thought all the windows I've popped out wud be gone now lol. Am hungry but don't wanna eat as my stomach feels full, straight away freaks me out being emetphobic

I am the same today, I have an awful pain in my tummy but I know it is my ibs as I have been under more stress this week.

I keep telling myself its not abug (am emetophobic) its just now all in bowels area n lower back
