Having a horrible night!!!

Really having a horrible night tonight my breathing got better seems it was muscular because I rubbed some muscle cream in all my muscles in chest and back and breathing seems 90% better than it was! But at the minute feeling really ill almost like I'm coming down with something :( my left arm is aching like mad! My head feels all over the place very lightheaded! And just extremely run down :( so anxious all night! Also terrified to go sleep tonight after having two nights of sleep paralysis in a row. Just seems one thing after another at the moment and so close to Christmas as well! Two panic attacks in 2 days doesn't help either! Lord help me lol!

You're basically having the same night as me. Thought it might've been the flu at first, but when I started panicking about getting the flu I realised it probably isn't haha!

I've just got to laugh about it at the minute because if I don't it will drag me down! And I've not long dragged myself out of real depression along with dissociation lol and I sure as hell ain't going there again! Over recent times I've realised as hard as it is a bit of positive thinking goes a long way
