miss this stuff, it worked so well for me (took it with herbal sleep aids)
was taking 2 per day (7.5mg x2) since i work an 11hr shift, i cycle off on a 3 day weekend to and never got addicted. all the docs here are so scared to prescribe narcotics.

Works really well for me. Really really well.

I infrequently use half a tablet but when I do I sleep so soundly and feel like a different man the next day.

Never worked for me - I got 3 hours sleep at the most with it.

i used it along with herbal sleep aids (looked at all the natural sleep aids ingredients) bought each natural ingredient separately (5-htp, melatonin 20mg, valerian, gaba, etc...) and it worked well for about 4 hrs or so, would be nice if i can get them to ship it to me in the states but havnt been able to find anyone that could. my problem is i cant shut my mind off but found that if i have the tv on a music station with no voice (dish network Aura cd station) im able to sleep better.

what ive tried:
trazodone 50mg (100mg causes congestion)
doxepin 50mg
both these together still doesnt work
quetiapine 50mg (does not work either)

Lunesta/Zopiclone has been the only thing.

staying clear away from ambien and ambien cr since it simply does
not work at the highest dose i think 12.5mg, i took it at 7:30am and woke up at 9:00am with amnesia forgot that i took one and took another, was in a comatose state until 6pm and was finally able to wake up and roll out of bed still with very bad amnesia (couldnt remember what i did 2 minutes before)
