ROCD dream

Hello, I have ROCD and last night had a terrible dream that I decided to break up with my boyfriend and that I was happy with the decision and all my friends in the dream said it was a good decision. Now I'm really ancious about what this means. Please help?!

It means nothing apart from the fact that you're stressed. There's no point reading too much into dreams. Try not to worry about it (difficult with ROCD I know).

Thanks so much for your reply. Today has been a really tough day. Luckily I have such an amazing boyfriend I was able to talk to him about it.
