Hi everyone..
I have suffered night panic attacks ever since I was little. I maybe had one or two a year but after my father died 5 years ago, the panic took over my life. I was prescribed citalopram and it helped but 5 months ago, my mother died unexpectedly and now the anxiety and panic has returned... I hope that one day I will no longer have them. They are the most disturbing horrible things to have..
It is so reassuring to know that I'm not alone though..
