SHOPPING IN TOWN......ALONE !

I cant belive this

On wednesday I had to get a taxi into the town center to attend a
self asteem class , arranged by my CBT.

So I got my taxi there without a panic,
attended the class meeting lots of strangers without a panic.
talked out loud in front of everyone without a panic.
then afterwards I went shopping in town!

I actually paid for goods in 5 SHOPS!
and took it slow and really enjoyed it .

Afterwards I got a taxi back home and sat in the front chatting to the taxi driver.

I didnt take any pills, I did this all on my own which isnt bad for a agrophobic !

I am so pleased with myself, I just cant belive I did it [:P]
