Merry Christmas and Happy...divorce

I was listening to the radio the other day and for the first time ina long time I heard an advert for divorce and the costs involved. I thought to myself a sure sign Christmas is nearly here.

Later I heard on the news about people who are staying together because they can't afford the costs of divorce at present and are waiting for the economy to pick up.

I thought to myself there must be so many people co-habiting for so many reasons but all of them unhappy in their relationships but unable to break free.

I've never met or heard of any of these people so it makes me wonder how many there actually are out there who are living together as just friends.

When you're so unhappy you think everyone else is having the time of their lives, and tend to get a little jealous (if I dare say this), I know becoz I think this way too. Listening to people laughing when you're feeling so miserable is annoying to say the least.

People have told me that "Happiness is a state of mind" and I've wanted to throttle them How dare they say that I should be happy when I feel so bad?!!

There is no moral to this story OR no words to help you through but I have this:
