    Skipped Beats and Cough

Okay I've not posted on here for a while generally been fine ( Compared to how bad are used to be !)but lately have noticed I keep getting these missed heartbeats that push out a cough or make me have a sharp intake of breath and like an adrenaline jump. It can happen at any time but I've noticed it more when I go to bed. Have also been quite run down and weak lately but my anxiety is questioning if I'm run down because of what's going on with my heart? Has anyone else experienced this should I go to the doctor?? Thanks

My dad has these, he went to the Doctors and there's loads of different reasons it does it, and can be helped by drugs.
I recommended seeing your doctor and then he can have a look at you and check you over. My dad just has a coupe of tablets a day to manage it and it hasn't impacted anything really. When he gets ill it can get worse, but otherwise he leads a normal active life!
Don't worry about it, more people than you think have these!

    Hope this has helped xx

Sounds just like good old anxiety related palpitations to me but of course see your GP for peace of mind if you're worried.
