I have been taking 2.5mg for about a year and pdoc has said i can take 5mg if i feel i need to, but to be honest i don't really no what this med actually does, i have taken it regularly and even on the increased dose havent really felt any drastic effects. what does it do for any of you taking it i would love to know??
I am on it as a mood stablizer along with lamictal

Hey,
For me it was a mood stabilizer and anti anxiety medication. It worked very well for my anxiety but did little for my mood.
It also made me gain huge amounts of weight.
We are not enemies, but friends. We must not be enemies. Though passion may have strained, it must not break our bonds of affection. The mystic chords of memory will swell when again touched, as surely they will be, by the better angels of our nature.
