hey guys. how you all doing! what you all up to? im just lying in bed watching tv. yipeee (NOT) i had my anxiety,s earlia. my breathing was weird & my throat felt closed. & now my chest feels like it,s pulsating. i have got a little chesty cough. Any of you have pulsating..........

Currently am sitting down and can feel pulsating all over body, particularly in legs and feet. Often get this, really irritating but try to ignore it. Will have to get a TV in my bedroom lol

i know very annoying. yea it,s helpd me alot when iv,e had my anxietys & panic attacks my tv has. i fancy me a packet of crisps might have a packet. ha,ha

Still have it in hands and feet. It's really weird, I have mentioned it to the doctor loads of times and he said it is anxiety. Don't notice it when I am busy. Glad your pulsating is a bit better, it can be worrying. xxx

Sorry Wazza pounding heart yes and then sometimes just a random bang or thump, really scared me when it first started .

yes it does. it scares me. im realy obsessd over my heart. keep thinking i got heart problem. & yes my body pulsates. xxxx
