How long in your experiences has anybody given an snri. I was on effexor for 11 years but had to come off, now i am on duloxetine/cymbalta 30mg and after a week it started working ok i think but after 2 weeks i increased to 60mg and my symptoms worsened terribly. I stuck with it for 5 days but went down to 30 but have still not got back to how i originally felt on 30mg. Been back on 30 for 5 days and it may be slightly getting better but still horribly anxious. Anybody been through this, not sure how long to give it
