I haven't been on here for a while as I haven't been feeling too positive. PsychoPoet, your post makes so much sense (love your BTCC Pug btw!) and I too have been re-reading it to myself.

One thing I have found has helped me, Bakerboy, is the Paul McKenna book and CD 'Instant Confidence'. It's great because it works by replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. It really does bring about a change in the way you feel. Got to be worth a try!
