Stress related?

For the last week and a half my mind had been felling really strange sort of life my intellect has depleted. Like my mind sort of fells blank and slow..foggy..like when I watch a intelcutal show my mind just doesn't want to think for me and I loose interest quickly which I don't normally do. And I am also out of energy. Usually all day I fell like sleeping. What can cause this? It makes me anxious To think like maybe I have lost iq points or something and it will last forever. Never had problems like this. Been under AlOT of stress though.

Oh yes, that sounds like anxiety and stress to me. I can barely follow the plot of a children's film these days

I find books easier to follow as it's easier to dwell on passages.

Perhaps your mind is protecting its self by shutting down because you are under so much pressure. Hopefully when you get through this bad period your IQ score will go back up.
