Books to overcome abuse Fao abuse survivors

Hi all
I need to come to terms with anger for my father not letting me live with him, anger at my mother for the years of emotional abuse and physical abuse and a rape when I left home. I am doing as much research as I can and need advice on which books ort audiobooks would be good which would help me move on

Have you had any counselling to help you with this. You seem to have had a lot of trauma and I think counselling may be helpful to you.

There is a book called 'Strong at the Broken Places' by Linda sanford which seems to have good reviews.
