hey guys, I had it done! It was absolutely nothing! I was panicing all the way there and in the waiting room for nothing. The nurses were brilliant! They were very supportive when I told them I have a phobia of needles and made me laugh. They applied some numbing spray on my right arm and I closed my eyes. I only felt a very mild sting when they put the needle in and when they took it out. When they said 'done!', I opened my eyes and felt really faint. My eyes went all distorted and everything so they gave me some water and I was fine afterwards.
This is a major achievement and I'm very proud of myself. I can safely say I'm cured of my needle phobia!
