hi ya,
yes i've noticed that i get more anxious and panicy before and during my period. i dont know quite why perhaps its got something to do with hormones or something. you probably find there are quite a lot of girls that do. hope i've been of some help.

so many posts have been written on this so be assured you are not alone
last week i went from being positive and strong one day til a quivering wreck the very next day
still feeling awful 6 days later
