What should I do

I cant remember if ive taken my meds tonight - 10mg cipralex. i dont know whether to take a tablet or not. I may end up taking double or end up missing a dose.
What should I do?

Thats what ive decided to do - now im worried that when I take it tomorrow il start getting beginners side effects

You won't as it will still be in your system so if you haven't taken it, missing one dose won't matter too much x

You wil be fne, just take the pill tomorrow as normal, I used to forget to take my Citalopram sometimes, especially the more beter I got and I was always ok just as long as it was the one tablet. (:
