My friend does reiki and after i had a session it was the only time in the last six months or so that I have had any respite from my constant pins and needles....it was very relaxing if nothing else

One of my friends does it and I found it very relaxing. It certainly can't do any harm so it is worth a try x

That's what I figure, whats the harm? No, there may not be scientific evidence, but I have tried all the stuff that scientific evidence supports already lol so now I will try anything as long as it is not dangerous
